(The Order Form will appear in a separate window, so you can switch between the catalogue and the order form easily. Just copy the order codes or component types and add the amount required.  If you need a quotation on larger quantities on some items, please send us a request for quotation by fax or e-mail).

We shall not sell Furutech products outside Finland. Please, contact your local dealer, distributor or if they are not available in your country, Furutech directly.

Shipping charges and insurance

The goods will be shipped internationally by using Priority Air Mail service which is automatically insured. Actual cost for the delivery and packing will be added to your invoice. On special request and in large deliveries, we will use Air Freight Service or international couriers like TNT, UPS, FedEx or DHL. In all cases a service, where you will have to deal personally with the parcel service and sign when receiving the parcel, will be used. No cheaper delivery methods are available.

Shipping Damages

If you receive a shipment and discover damage to it, notify the carrier immediately and make a claim. Do not return the goods to us until notified to do so by the carrier. With shipments properly packaged as all our shipments are, the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good conditions rests with the carrier.

Payment

Major Credit Cards are accepted without additional charge, except American Express. We accept American Express credit card with an additional service charge of 4% (the total VAT 0% invoice value divided by 0,96). We also accept International Money Orders, when the total costs of the Money Order is paid by you. You can also send us a Cheque or International Payment Order, but the overall costs must be covered by you, unless otherwise agreed.  Before dispatching the goods, a total value of the order together with all delivery and insurance costs must be received by us and visible on our account. Payment with a valid credit card is the fastest payment method and delivery will take place as soon as we get the authorisation from the local credit card service.

As we do not have a SSL-secured website, it is necessary for you to CALL or FAX the Credit Card details!

Warranty and Disclaimer

Since Oy Elektra Amplification Company Ltd. (Seller) cannot control the use of its products, there are no express warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Seller disclaims any implied warranties of the goods or of fitness for any particular purpose. 

The Seller shall, however forward through the warranty of the original manufacturer with reference to the warranty terms and limitations of the specific manufacturer. Seller warrants its products to be free form defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Selellers obligations, with respect to warranty returns are limited to repair, replacement or refund of purchase price actually paid for the product, at Seller´s sole option.

In manufacturing defects the buyers must notify the Seller (Oy Elektra Amplification Company Ltd.) within 30 days after dispatch date of the goods in a warranty case.

This warranty does not extend to any product sold by Seller which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or a use in violation of instructions repaired or altered by Buyer or other persons not expressly approved in writing by Seller.

Limited warranty on solid states: The manufacturer will not guarantee parts once installed.

Limitation of Liability

Seller is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profit or revenue, recall costs, claims for service interruptions or failure to supply downtime, testing, installations or removal costs, costs of substitute products, property damage, personal injury, death, or legal expenses.

Product Application Limitation

Seller's products are not specifically designed, manufactured, or intended for critical use in end products, which are used for nuclear facilities applications, human implantable devices, or life support systems. Seller is not liable, in whole or in part, for any claims or damages arising from such use.
